All of our phone cases are made to order, including designs created by us as well as personalised or customised items. Each case is printed specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong phone model, or personal preference regarding design or colour.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.When contacting us, please include your order number.Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Because all products are made to order, all items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
